Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Fyreflock (“we”, “us”) covering your use of fyreflock.com and its apps. By creating an account you accept them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
1. You must be 18 or older
One threshold, and it covers everything. You must be 18 or older to hold an account, to be matched with a stranger on video or on text, and to be in a Roost. There is no tier below it and no part of the product that opens earlier.
We ask for your date of birth at signup and it decides your access. We require your camera to be on before you can be matched. Accounts we believe belong to someone under 18 are removed without notice, and we report suspected child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to local law enforcement.
2. Your account
- One account per person. Your username is unique and permanent.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
- We sign you in with a one-time code by email. There are no passwords to steal, so protect your inbox.
- Impersonating another person, or creating accounts to evade a ban, is prohibited.
3. The House Rules
These are binding rules, not suggestions. Breaking them ends your access.
- No nudity or sexual content. Cameras stay clothed at all times, everywhere on Fyreflock, with no exceptions and no settings that change it.
- Report anyone who should not be here. Nobody under 18 should hold an account or reach you in any part of Fyreflock, a Roost included. If you believe somebody is underage, report immediately.
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, violence, or targeting anyone because of who they are.
- No illegal activity, including solicitation, trafficking, drug sales, or fraud.
- No spam or commercial use. That covers advertising, promotion, link-dropping, and recruiting.
- No bots or automation. Pre-recorded video, virtual cameras, and scripted accounts are banned.
- No recording others. Do not record, screenshot, stream, or redistribute another person’s video, audio, or messages, except by using the in-app report button to submit evidence to us.
4. One rulebook
Section 3 applies everywhere on Fyreflock, to every conversation, with no exception and no mode or setting that relaxes it. Fyreflock is not an adult-content service and does not host, produce, or permit pornographic material.
5. Reporting and enforcement
Every call has a report button. When you report someone, we capture evidence to review the incident: a still frame of their video at the moment you reported, the text chat from that call, and the identifiers of both accounts. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts, block devices, and preserve or disclose evidence to law enforcement where the law requires it or where we believe someone is at risk of serious harm.
Enforcement decisions are ours to make. We aim to be fair and fast, but we do not guarantee an appeal, and we may act on a single serious report.
6. Memberships
Fyreflock is free to use. Optional paid passes unlock matching preferences (gender filter, interest tags), queue priority, and reconnecting with a previous match. Passes are digital, delivered instantly, last a fixed period, and do not auto-renew. Prices and payment terms are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. Buying a pass never buys immunity from the House Rules.
7. Calls, messages, and content
Video and audio travel directly between participants; we do not record calls. Friend messages are stored on your device and delete themselves within 24 hours at most. See the Privacy Policy for the complete picture. You keep ownership of what you say and share, and you are solely responsible for it. Only share what you’re comfortable a stranger having.
8. What we don’t promise
Fyreflock is provided “as is”. We connect you with strangers. Before anyone can be matched we check that their camera is on and showing a live picture, which rules out a covered lens and a still image; it is a check on the camera and not a check on the person, and a recorded video would pass it. Every stranger you are matched with has stated they are 18 or older, but we do not verify anyone’s identity, age, intentions, or background — a date of birth here is something a person typed. Use your judgement, never share financial information, and treat anyone asking for money as a scam. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Ending things
You can stop using Fyreflock at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, or where required by law. Unused pass time is not refunded when an account is terminated for a House Rules violation.
10. Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use Fyreflock after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
